Third-party license agreements
BAE Systems GXP software applications may contain or include software owned or provided by third-party licensors. Third-party software may be subject to the terms of a third-party software license agreement with additional terms and conditions. The terms of the applicable third-party license apply to the third-party software independent of the BAE Systems SOCET GXP and SOCET SET License Agreement, and the BAE Systems GXP Xplorer Platform License Agreement, and may require the end-user to agree to said terms.
