GXP Workshop
This workshop is an opportunity for students and faculty with an interest in GIS to learn about BAE Systems’ Geospatial eXploitation Products (GXP®), which enable rapid, accurate, and informed decision making across key military, public safety and security operations, as well as a variety of commercial development and research initiatives. In particular, attendees will be introduced to our flagship software solution, SOCET GXP®, enabling the most advanced geospatial intelligence workflows as well as customized product creation.
Attendees will also have the opportunity for one-on-one conversations with GXP product and industry experts after the workshop. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

| 2:30 – 2:50pm | Hands-on tutorial: Navigating the SOCET GXP interface |
| 3:00 – 3:30pm | Hands-on tutorial: Japanese oil spill detection and cleanup |
| 3:30 – 4:00pm | Hands-on tutorial: Classifying imagery data for use in classifications and integrating into GIS data layers |
